NSK high-temperature bearings are divided into two types: “bearings filled with high-temperature resistant grease” and “solid lubricated bearings (MoS2 type)”, which are special high-temperature resistant bearings for atmospheric status.

NSK filled high temperature resistant grease bearings. This is a high-temperature bearing filled with NSK long-life high-temperature grease KPM.

YS spacer type high temperature resistant bearing, high temperature YS type bearing is a bearing with alloy solid lubricating material (powder metallurgy) spacer installed between the rolling elements, suitable for vacuum and high temperature working conditions.

SJ type high temperature resistant solid lubricating bearings, high temperature resistant SJ type bearings are NSK bearing products with a “bean” structure with a solid lubricating spacer sandwiched between the two rolling elements in each pocket of the cage. This bearing is suitable for vacuum and high temperature conditions.

“Bearings filled with high-temperature resistant grease” are filled with NSK long-life fluorine-based grease KPM (the service life is 5 times that of commercially available fluorine-based grease), and they are special high-temperature resistant bearings for atmosphere (up to 230°C).
